On the Study of Leadership as a practice and interaction

This very interesting 2009 paper by professors at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm Sweden suggest a perspective within leadership research that focuses on leadership as a practice and interaction rather that one that resides in an individual.

Given this approach it is suggested that the empirical study of leadership should be based on process ontology.
