Biography

I began my aikido practice in 1972. I am now 4th Dan Aikikai. As an engineer and IT analyst I developped my expertise in modelling excellence behavior based on NLP modelling (neuro linguistic programming). During the first decade of 2000 I modeled the benefits of the practice of aikido in our daily life; It led to the creation of AikiCom. I authored the book "In Search of Martial kindness" that describes how AikiCom was born, its principles and main models. In parallel I developped a coaching approach called Aiki-Coaching that is an embodied coaching practice. Since 2011 I propose coaching sessions, workshops and lectures around AikiCom and the wider approach I called "Martial Kindness"

Approach:
